IMS received cleaning accreditation ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001 for our approved quality systems. This cleaning accreditation provides our client the peace of mind that IMS has control of all our management systems and adhere to the company’s Quality Policy.

All our procedures are subject to an annual audit by an external, independent organisation and is the responsibility of our operations team along with our Quality Manager that a pass with distinction is achieved each year.

Our monitoring process ensures we maintain and deliver satisfactory standards and above continuously. We use the specification and KPI system to complete a quality audit each month, carried out by our Operations Manager in conjunction with our client’s representative.

In addition to the intense monthly audit it is the responsibility of the area Manager to submit a weekly check list carried out with our onsite team in the weekly management meeting. In addition daily check lists are completed by the Supervisor. This process brings ownership of the cleaning services delivery at all levels within the company, and we're proad of our cleaning accreditations as a company. IMS has also been awarded cleaning accreditation from Safecontractor, for our excellence in health and safety.

Monthly meetings with our clients form part of the quality process to discuss the findings review and record. To summarise:

Daily check lists carried out by Supervisor
Weekly check list submitted by Area Manager at Management meeting
Monthly audit carried out by our Operations Manager with our client

In addition we suggest a quarterly strategic review meeting with our Managing Director, Neil Webb.
