The Sue Ryder Charity provide person-centered hospice and neurological care for people facing a frightening, life-changing diagnosis. It’s not just expert medical care, but also emotional support and practical things they take care of too. They do whatever they can to be a safety net for patients and their loved ones at the most difficult time of their lives.

IMS always look to support all our clients’ values and goals, and is why we feel so passionate about contributing to any charitable causes, in keeping with our ethos and values around our day to day services provided.

We fully support all the charity work BTG Biocompatibles carry out, and have also been involved in the past with their Give & Gain Day of volunteering to be part of community projects in Farnham, Wokingham and Hook.

In this picture, our MD Neil Webb was on hand to present the decorating materials which IMS had donated, such as paint and paint brushes, to our client Chris Maybey as IMS contributed to the Give & Gain Day project.

Leisure Cleaning

The Most Common Leisure Cleaning Problems And How To Fix Them

Do you know what the most common leisure cleaning problems are?

Would you love to get to grips with this issue of leisure cleaning?

For someone who isn’t experienced with leisure cleaning, it can be a minefield. Especially in the leisure industry, making sure everything is clean is not just essential, but guaranteeing everything is safe is also a priority.

We’re highly experienced with leisure cleaning services, ensuring our cleaning serves you, the client, and your customers.

We clean many leisure facilities in the local area of Hampshire, Slough, Surrey, London and Berkshire. If you’re looking for an experienced contract cleaning company to help you with your cleaning, be sure to get in contact with us.

Having The Time To Clean Effectively

With limited resources and time for internal cleaners, and especially if your leisure staff clean themselves (who aren’t skilled in cleaning), cleaning can be affected as a result.

You want the best for your customers, to ensure they’re exercising and having fun in a clean and safe environment.

Cleaning to a high standard isn’t as simple as you may think, as it’s imperative to use the right cleaning materials, chemicals and practises. Having limited time can put a strain on these important components within your leisure cleaning

Our cleaning services is tailored to every client, to ensure problems with cleaning efficiently is kept to a minimum. We arrange consultations before we commence our cleaning services to iron out any potential issues, guaranteeing happy customers and clients.

Changing Rooms & Shower Facilities

With any leisure facility, changing rooms and shower facilities is a key attribute. As these are frequently used by the general public, it’s essential that cleaning is at it’s best.

With our experience of leisure cleaning, we have found the main problems surround grouting, low-level areas, and guttering. You have probably discovered this with your shower at home, that after time it turns dirty, unattractive and unhealthy in a short space of time.

In contrast to leisure showering units, the level of dependency is extremely high. This quickens the process of these issues arising, which makes cleaning even more important.

If you employ you’re own internal cleaners or have you’re own contract cleaners, make sure they’re using correct cleaning solutions for the job. We always recommend a cleaning chemical which is acidic for this type of problem.

With our leisure cleaning services, we are committed to training our cleaners to the highest level, from refresher training, induction training and health and safety training. This guarantees a high standard of cleaning.

Cleaning In A Safe Way

Even though cleaning is essential within any leisure facility, cleaning can sometimes go unnoticed. For employers that hire internal cleaners, this can result in poor cleaning standards, with health and safety not being considered.

With leisure cleaning, cleaning can take place at any time of the day, from early morning to the afternoon. Unlike office cleaning for example, as people perspire whilst jogging, weightlifting or doing a spot of yoga, frequent cleaning is essential.

This requires cleaners to understand the health and safety aspects of cleaning, so your cleaners, staff and customers are experiencing your company in a safe environment.

Insite Managed Services is accredited by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, and create audit trails based on performance. We make sure we adhere to our quality policy ad manual in line with our accreditation ISO 9001.

Cleaning Your Poolside Surroundings

A key aspect of any leisure facility is the pool. Dirty and discoloured tiles that surround the poolside is unatractive, and can discourage your customers to visit you again.

Ensuring the pool’s PH value is not interfered with your cleaning product is essential, as it can drastically affect how safe your pool is to the public. Problems are common around the poolside, from lime scale to tile discolouration.

If this occurs, we would recommend you change your product, or speak with your contract cleaning company for their advice on the matter. Use tile cleaner around the poolside, and make sure you’re cleaning this on a daily basis.

With our leisure cleaning services, we tailor every cleaning specification so we actively prevent issues like this occurring. This is developed into our cleaning proposal, so you know exactly what we’re going to clean before starting our contract cleaning.

Why Not Choose Our Leisure Cleaning Services?

Insite Managed Services in Virginia Water, Surrey, has over 16 years in the professional cleaning industry, servicing the biggest brands, buildings and leisure facilities in the local area.

Committed to delivering a leisure cleaning service that is the best in the industry, adhering to our health and safety, COSHH, to quality assurance policies, we are the company that can help you with your leisure cleaning.

If you would like some help with your leisure cleaning, simply pop us a quick email, or give us a ring on 01344 845000. We would love to hear from you, and offer you a free cleaning consultation.

Why Contract Cleaning Is More Competitive Than Internal Cleaners

Do you have your own internal cleaners?

Do you know the full advantages of having a contract cleaning company in place?

We believe we offer the best form of contract cleaning in the industry. Providing clients with excellent management systems, impeccable training and cleaning experience.

What’s the benefit of having a contract cleaning company in place, and why should you consider it? Within this post, you’ll discover why contract cleaning is more competitive than internal cleaning.

Less Hassle On Your End

Internal cleaners is time consuming, and can become a real headache if it goes wrong.

An experienced contract cleaning company takes the hassle away from your busy working week. Our management systems are the best in the industry to avoid this.

Receiving Vast Experience

Depending on your job or cleaning experience, a good cleaning service may be hard to achieve.

Cleaning has a lot more to it than first meets the eye. From cleaning audits, management structure to daily cleaning tasks, this might be beyond you. This is one of the main differences from internal cleaners to contract cleaners.

We clean for the biggest clients, from Blackberry, The National Trust to Reading Buses. We’re proud of this, and our cleaning experience is what makes IMS.

Management structure and cleaning experience ensures cleaning productivity is at it’s greatest.

We treat our great staff with respect, professionalism and care. As a result of this, we have recently implemented Employee Of The Month. This raises productivity, and guarantees an excellent cleaning service.
